But most of the time people can hear me without a problem, and I use the Jabra every day. My biggest gripe is that these are not built to last for a long time. This is my second Jabra. The sound is excellent. But for the price, this is a pretty good handsfree device until I find a better one. This one seems larger than the last one I had, and sometimes it slips out of my ear (I am an average-sized female). Sometimes callers say they can't hear me so well on it - maybe it depends on the connection.
the sound is too low. it's not too good,it can hear clearly from the other side,but it's very hard for the other side to hear me.
I plan on ordering one of these for my husband so he can use his phone while driving. I wish it had a button to answer the phone, but you can't have everything for under [.]. bucks. I just got this headset and finally I've found something I can use. Way better than bluetooth. This one has a gel thing you put into your ear and it fits wonderfully around my little ear. I am very hard of hearing and none of the other headsets I ordered worked. So far, everyone I've called can hear me fine.
I was worried that I wouldn't like it, that it would be uncomfortable, and that it wouldn't work very well. It's too bad Amazon.com doesn't sell it directly because using the other sellers, the shipping is twice what the product cost is.
I think the quality is quite good, especially for the price. After reading some of the other reviews about how flimsy the wires are, I decided to buy three of them (they are cheap) and the shipping only went up slightly.
This is the first headset of this type I have ever owned, in fact I always thought of a headset as being over the top of your head with a boom mike. The sound is very clear and no one has ever said they couldn't hear me.
We now have one for the cell phone and two for the land lines around the house. I own a few of those.
On the contrary, it is very comfortable for both my wife and I and it works better than any of the other headsets that I own.
I really like the fit/feel of these, but the wire on the plug end seems to break easily with any bending, so they don't last long.
